Certificate Delay

Due to system updates that will better serve our clients, there will be a delay in issuing new certificates for Red Seal, Blue Seal, and former Occupation programs. 

While you wait for your certificate, you can show your employer/sponsor the Program Summary status in the Applications tab of your MyTradesecrets account to prove that you’ve met the requirements to be certified and are legally authorized to work.

Your Program Summary status will should show as:

• “Completed – Eligible for Certification as of (DATE)” for Red Seal and former Occupation programs
• “Completed – Final Review as of (DATE)” for the Blue Seal program.
