History:
Established in 1963, Arpi’s Industries is one of Alberta’s leading mechanical contracting firms. Privately owned and operated, it serves as a one-stop source for every mechanical need in residential and commercial construction, fabrication, and building/plant maintenance.

As well as operating well-established and successful home heating, air-conditioning and service businesses, Arpi’s also runs a highly efficient plumbing and commercial sheet metal division that is currently handling the mechanical installation for some of the most notable commercial building projects in Calgary. These include the BMO Centre Expansion and Uxborough Development projects.

The BMO Centre expansion will be Western Canada’s largest facility to host national and international events, and Arpi’s will oversee the installation of the heating, air conditioning, and plumbing systems as the project progresses. The $500 million BMO expansion commenced on April 29, 2021 and is expected to be complete by June 2024. Arpi’s is excited to be a part of this project and the beautification of Calgary’s East Village.

The Uxborough Development project is a dynamic and energetic mixed-use community development adjacent to the new Calgary Cancer Centre and Foothills Medical Centre. Arpi’s is proud to oversee the installation of all heating, air conditioning, and plumbing systems in the building complex. Comprised of 5 unique buildings – Uxborough will provide a community for Calgarians to work, live, connect, and shop for their daily needs.

Some other notable projects that have been completed in recent years include: The HUB Residential Tower and The MacKimmie Redevelopment project. Arpi’s has experience in meeting the highest LEED specifications and strives to be a leader in implementing the newest innovative systems in the industry.
