Certification through Apprenticeship Education

If you are new to the trade, the Apprenticeship Education Program is your pathway to get your Alberta Journeyperson Certification.

If you're below the journeyperson level, registration as an apprentice is mandatory for most work within designed trades. 

• When you graduate from your apprenticeship, you'll earn your journeyperson certification.
