Types of Compliance Orders:
Supervision Infraction - failing to provide supervision and/or training to an apprentice.
Ratio Infraction - employing a greater number of apprentices than permitted by the applicable trade regulation
Wage Rate Infraction - paying wages to an apprentice at a rate less than is permitted by the applicable trade regulation.
Unqualified Individual - employing an individual to work in a compulsory certificate trade when, under the Act, that individual is not permitted to work or working in a compulsory certification trade without the necessary qualifications.
Denial of Access – denied an AIT officer access to the premises of an employer or a worksite at any reasonable time to carry out an inspection of the premises, work site and records that are relevant to an inspection.
Unacceptable Standard of Quality or Skill - failing to maintain an acceptable standard of quality or skill in the practice of a designated trade or occupation.
