2024 Convictions
As a matter of public record, on July 9, 2024, at Edmonton Court of Justice, [NAME REDACTED] was sentenced to a 9-month prison term for defrauding 10 employers between February 2021 and August, 2022, by using a forged Alberta Journeyman Millwright certificate.
As a matter of public record, on March 7, 2024, [NAME REDACTED] entered a guilty plea in Edmonton Provincial Court to a criminal charge under section 380(1)(a) of the Criminal Code of Canada for causing a person to act upon a forged Instrument Technician Journeyman Certification. Defrauding the employer to the sum of $66,054. The Court ordered an $10,000 fine or to be imprisoned for a term of 83 days in default. In addition, [NAME REDACTED] received a victim surcharge fine in the amount of $200.
