• Pre-apprentice programs
  
  • Designed for those who haven’t registered as an apprentice yet.
  • May also be referred to as pre-employment or trade technician programs. 
  • Prepares you for both apprenticeship and employment.
  • May allow you to write a Prior Learning Assessment exam for advanced standing in your apprenticeship program.
• Apprenticeship training programs
  • Available to registered apprentices as an alternative to classroom instruction at a public college or polytechnic institution.
  • May qualify you to challenge the exam for your period of apprenticeship (often arranged by the training provider).
