History:
Founded by the late Gino and Shirley Bianchini in 1979 in Calgary, ALGGIN METAL INDUSTRIES Ltd. is a family owned business. Continuing the legacy of their parents, sons Gary and Allan, owners and partners, continue to serve the HVAC Industry with the high standards of excellence, service and core values established by their parents.
ALGGIN has grown from its original 8,000 square foot facility with three employees, to its present 52,000 square Calgary location. With the addition of sales and distribution centers in Edmonton and Lethbridge, ALGGIN is positioned to serve and supply all of its Alberta customers with a quick and timely delivery. ALGGIN continues to grow with the demands and diversity of the industry that it serves.

ALGGIN`s facility in Calgary is one of the largest manufacturers and suppliers of sheet metal products and one of the most automated shops in southern Alberta. An overhead crane feeds coils to the coil line, the spiral pipe machine produces pipe from 3 inch to 72 inches in diameter in galvanized, aluminum, satin coat and stainless steel. Computerized shop equipment including plasma machines, CNC brakes and shears, iron workers, welding and paint booths and a state of the art fully automated duct line are used to create a complete line of stock and custom residential, commercial and industrial sheet metal products.
ALGGIN is much more than metal. We stock an ever growing and an extensive line of HVAC related products to complement our manufactured product. We carry heating, ventilating and air conditioning equipment and supplies from some of the top names in the industry. Unit heaters, furnaces, air conditioning units, radiant heaters, exhaust fans, louvers and dampers, chimney systems and duct accessories. The core values of the company have remained the same for over 35 years. ALGGIN is committed to being a leader in our industry through excellence of service and top quality products.
ALGGIN's founder Gino Bianchini studied at SAIT to become a journeyman and understood how difficult it can be to pursue your studies. We are very pleased to participate in the Alberta Apprentice Scholarship Program to promote sheet metal work with the Gino Bianchini Memorial Scholarship.
