History:
We are a non-profit, non-political and non-denominational organization dedicated to the promotion of excellence in architectural woodworking. Our objectives are:

- To further honourable conduct in transacting business

- To promote the AWMAC Quality Standards for Architectural Woodwork

- To assist AWMAC in updating the Quality Standards Manual

- To serve as a forum for exchange of economic news, view points, and woodwork technologies

- To support and promote the Alberta Apprenticeship Program

- To have a common voice through the Association Representative at the Calgary Construction Association

- To support and promote the GIS program
