These providers deliver recognized training programs that can help you start or advance in your apprenticeship education program.

About Recognized Programs

Recognized programs are considered equivalent to classroom instruction for apprenticeship education programs.

  • Pre-apprentice programs
    • Designed for those who haven’t registered as an apprentice yet.
    • May also be referred to as pre-employment or trade technician programs. 
    • Prepares you for both apprenticeship and employment.
    • May allow you to write a Prior Learning Assessment exam for advanced standing in your apprenticeship program.
