Mission
COAA provides leadership to enable the Alberta heavy industrial construction, sustaining capital and maintenance industries to be successful in our drive for safe, effective, productive and timely project execution.

Founded in 1973, the COAA is unique - no other such organization exists in North America - and has a track record of industry-changing accomplishments.
